Paying your rent is easy with automatic recurring rent payments paid to your landlord or property manager so that you won't have to remember to pay your rent each month. It also makes life easier for the property manager when they get their rent payments on time every month.
Utility bills are also automatically split among roommates and billed by the property manager. Roommates can view a copy of the utility invoice and adjust their utility budget for fluctuating utility payments.
